How many times a day should I use this cleanser?

For oily skin, cleansing twice daily (morning and evening) is recommended. For normal or combination skin, use once in the evening after makeup removal. For very dry or compromised skin (showing flaking, redness, or tightness), we advise avoiding cleansers altogether and using only pure natural oils, as the skin barrier may already be fragile.
