3.1 Mandatory Patch Test: Because individual skin profiles vary and natural botanical bio-actives are concentrated and potent, the buyer is solely responsible for performing a 24-hour patch test on a small, discreet area of skin (such as behind the ear or on the inner forearm) prior to full application to ensure no adverse reaction occurs.
3.2 Pre-Existing Conditions & Medical Consultation: If you suffer from pre-existing skin conditions (such as severe eczema, rosacea, contact dermatitis, open lesions, or known allergies to specific botanicals), or if you are pregnant or nursing, you must consult a qualified physician or dermatologist prior to using any product.
3.3 Immediate Discontinuation: In the event of any burning, stinging, redness, swelling, or rash, discontinue use immediately, rinse thoroughly with clean water, and seek professional medical guidance if symptoms persist.
3.4 Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability: By purchasing and applying LIISSE products, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the published Full Ingredient Lists (INCI) provided on our packaging and website for any known personal allergens. You explicitly agree that product usage is undertaken at your sole risk and discretion. LIISSE and its operating entities shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions, allergic episodes, sensitivity flare-ups, or injuries resulting from personal sensitivity, pre-existing conditions, improper storage, or failure to follow recommended usage instructions.
To ensure optimal freshness and bioavailability of active botanicals, LIISSE operates a streamlined small-batch European fulfillment model. When you place an order, our automated system initiates order processing shortly after payment confirmation. Changes to order specifications or shipping addresses must be requested immediately prior to processing.
